Refunds & Exchanges

Details on how refunds and exchanges work.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, email us at returns@kaffediaries.com, include the proof of purchase and any images or videos of the damaged item.

Refunds

Once we reviewed and approved your request for a refund, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at returns@kaffediaries.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@kaffediaries.com and we’ll send further instructions on what to do next and where to send the item.

Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Shipping

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. We will provide instructions on where to ship it to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for returning the item are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will ask you to send a picture or video of the item received so we can adequately assess it and arrange a replacement or return.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
